Does this emulator work on 4.01 m33-2?

I've tried a few different combinations and I can't seem to get it to work. I get an error message when I try to run the emulator. And yes, I did acquire a GBA.bios file. And yes, I did follow the ReadMe.

I tried the normal GAME Folder. I tried a GAME150 folder. Nothing.
