Have you ever said "Why do I have to use Google to find a good Tutorial for the PSP?"
Well now you don't have to because with some help I'm going to put together a Pack of PDF Tutorials called "The Ultimate PSP Tutorial Project" or "UPTP" for short.

If you want to get your Tutorial in the UPTP then make a .odt using OpenOffice.org and following the Rules attached below. Then give it to me in a PM linking to MegaUpload, MediaFire, SendSpace, or etc.
