Yes and that has its niche but that requires a working PSP, However UPT does have a PC installer which I have used. This is a bit more newb friendly in some areas but more powerful then grader. It has its niche too it was a project for me nothing more. If i get the chance ill keep it uptodate and improved if not oh well.
