Sorry, but I laughed so hard, that's only how you measure the speed to your router/modem which takes in account the speed of your network card, and also the speed your router can send and receive data. Most times the only speed that could come close to that is the transfer speed from computer to computer connected to the same router or similar.
All of you need to go learn about file sizes, download and upload rates, internal IPs, external IPs, routers, modems, then maybe you can post sensibly about your download speeds.
Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test is a pretty accurate way of measuring download/upload speed of your current plan.
THEN AGAIN, LEARN WHAT THE RATES ARE (kb kB, mb mB), OR IT WILL BE OF NO LOGICAL HELP.
