You've made an error in your vsh.txt.
Add something like:
"ms0:/seplugins/version_spoofer.prx 1" and copy the version_spoofer.prx to seplugins folder.
Easy spoof shouldn't effect this as it redirects the string to a custom buffer.

Read above. Also, ignore the src folder, thats the source code for the application (for developers).
