maybe cuz your on a 5.00 M33 Firmware and not on 4.01 M33, which is the CFW the theme was made for. or are you even on a CFW? cuz you said it won't download to your PSP. if you where on ANY CFW, it would show in the Theme selection, but i guess it doesn't for you cuz your not on a CFW.
