Default [Tutorial] Password Protect Your PSP

Imma try to explain, hope u got pandora ready for if you screw up. USE AT YOUR RISK.

Click Here To Download Lockdown Pack2

(A) Lockdown PSP or/and XMB

I got PHAT 5.00m33-6, so use Lockdown(Phat & Slim) from the pack from the link

1. Access you flash0 via pc
2. BACK UP YOUR FLASH0
3. Copy loader.prx and lockdown.thm to the root of your flash0
4. Go to vsh/module.
5. rename recovery.prx to recovery_real.prx
. rename vshmain.prx to vshmain_real.prx ( they are the original versions, u need them in case you want to uninstall Lockdown
6. Copy vshmain.prx and recovery.prx from the pack to your PSP vsh/module

Reboot your psp

You should see a screen , asking u to enter new password.
You can use a combination of (up, down, left, right, R, L,triangle, circle, square and cross) as your password
After u set your password, push start, enter your password again to confirm then push start.
The next screen is for where u want the password. You can set either to ask for a password only at power on, or you can set to ask for a password every time u go to XMB. DON'T FORGET UR PASSWORD. Pandora's Battery alone can bypass this.
You can push select to change password or password prompt request like if you want to be asked to enter your password at power up, or every time XMB loads up

To uninstall all you got to do is.
1. Delete loader.prx, lockdown.thm and buttons configuration settings from the root of your flash0.
2. Delete recovey.prx and vshmain.prx from vsh/module
3. Rename recovery_real.prx and vshmain_real.prx to recovery.prx and vshmain.prx. And you're done.

You Can't Find Your Module Folders ?

Click Here To Download Flash0 Unhider

This unhides hidden folders in your flash0. Just copy Attrib.exe and Ejecutar.bat to the root of your Flash0. Run Ejecutar.bat. Now all your Flash0 files are unhidden. Delete attrib.exe and ejecutar.bat from your flash after.

Need More Space In Your Flash0 ?

Click Here To Download Flash Spacer

This deletes up to 3mbs of useless flash0 files.

Themes

Lockdown Themes.rar (2.16 MB)

Themes can also be applied to this plugin. The theme making tutorial is in the pack. I will try to post a tutorial of my own later. I have made a few. All you got to do is change the lockdown.thm file in the root of your Flash0. Here is a link to some themes i made.Just overwrite the existing lockdown.thm file with one from what I've created in the link.

This is the theme i am currently using

This is my second favorite theme

(B) Lockdown In Game

This works like a normal plugin. Just copy lockdown.prx from Lockdown In-Game (Phat & Slim) folder to your ms0:/seplugins/ folder on your memory card
Enter the line ms0:/seplugins/lockdown.prx to your game.txt.If you use Hold.prx then put the lockdown line before it.Go to recovery and enable it. Now you will be prompted to enter a password every time you boot up your psp from suspend mode in game. If you installed (A) then the password will be the same for (B).

HOPE THIS TUTORIAL HELPS
