Yeah. I used to make DS themes but now moved onto PSP. I got both so yeah.
Try the site NDS themes. That's where I started out. The forums should help you. It also depends on what flashcart you have. If you do not have a flashcart then don't bother. Each flashcart will be different so look in the forums that correspond to your flashcart. If you need more help just pm me.
