I saw this on another forums and thought it was a great idea, but it was too troublesome, so I made an easier to use app.

Usage:
Run the app and it will prompt for a folder name between 3 and 21 characters. Input the
folder name you want and a .dol file with the same name as the folder you inputted will be
created.
The program also supports command line, such as "forwarder.exe myfolder", creating a
myfolder.dol file.
The dol files are created at the same path as the binary file.
Note that you wont be able to use the characters not supported by the filesystem, so
restraing from using symbols such as slashes.
