Actually, the Britannian government is the opposite of communism/socialism, which is based on absolute equality, and a total dissolution of any sort of class system. Britannia is based on a monarchy with a powerful aristocratic upper class based on lineage, very similar to medieval feudalism, and social darwinism.
In truth, the world Zero/Lelouch envisions is far more similar to communism/socialism.
