Default [Release] Mid-drift 5.00 and 5.50

My last release for 5.00 before I move onto 5.50 for good.

- New OSK (5.00 only)
- New visualizer (5.00 only)
- Custom click sounds
- Custom gameboot
- Memory stick video, music and photo have new buttons.

Enjoy. Any bugs, just give us a holla.
