If you got a semi brick while installing a theme or a homebrew, then first try to re-flash Flash0 with
YOUR OWNFlash0 backup.
Use downloadable Flash0 only and only to replace files that came with the Theme. REFLASHING THE ENTIRE FLASH WILL COMPLETELY BRICK THE PSP
