Default [Tutorial] Easy Fix of Semi-Brick

Ok if you are on 3.90 m33, -2 or -3 (I think this will work on 3.71 m33 as well but you would have to get correct files) and you have a semi-brick, with no flash0 back up, do not fear. You do not have to go through the long hard process of making a pandora from the semi brick(but i highly recommend you make one afterwards) because i have created a brief tutorial. There are two simple ways to fix your psp. First off is CXMB:

Step 1: Enter recovery mode and toggle usb

Step 2: Download these files Easy Way To Fix Semi Brick.zip and put them onto the corresponding folders of your psp.

Step 3: Enable cxmb plugin in plugins of recovery menu.

Step 4: Exit recovery and your psp will load up with assyrianpimp09's amazing centrepiece theme. ( I hope you don't mind me using your theme, I just thought it was a decent thing to bring back your psp to.)

Notes: this is not permenant and as soon as you disable the cxmb plugins in recovery mode you will go back to semi-brick

Now the way to make it a permanent non semi brick.

Step 1: Go to recovery-advanced-toggle flash0

Step 2: Download this:Permanent Way To Fix Semi-Brick.zip and copy the FILES to the corresponding folders on the flash ( remember to never overwrite the whole folder)

Step 3: Now when you exit recovery menu on your psp, your psp should load up with assyrianpimp09's center piece theme (again, I hope you do not mind me using your theme assyrian. If not just say)

Note: Whenever the psp goes into semi brick, its is due to one or more corrupt .prx .rco or other file from a theme. When this has been written over, then the proble mis solved.

There you have it. 2 easy ways to recover froma semi-brick.

Credits to: Me for taking the time to make the guide A Assyrianpimp09 for making themes:up:
