recently,CTF Manager 1.0 stopped working on my computer and i found out how to make a ctf and flash0 theme without opening it!dont know if anyone else knew this,but here it is for people who didnt know this!

CTF to FLASH0
1.get your ctf and rename it to Default.ctf
2.go to your ctf manager folder,then DATA folder (thats the folder with the original CTF Manager 1.0.exe next to it)
3.place your ctf in that folder(the DATA folder)
(make sure you rename you ctf to Default.ctf)
4.after putting the ctf in that folder,there should be something called "maker.bat" in the same folder,click it.
5.wait for your ctf to be extracted and done!
there should be a vsh,font and a ptf in the same folder.that is the flash0 of your ctf (there might be only a vsh and ptf.thats ok)

FLASH0 to CTF
1.do step 2 over
2.instead of placing your ctf in the DATA folder,place your vsh,font and ptf in that folder
3.press the ctf.exe that is in that folder
4.wait for the little window that pops up to be done.it might come up really fast
5.after that,theres going to be something new in the DATA folder called Default.ctf
thats your flash0 made into a ctf!
