Hi,

I have two computers, one is my desktop (windows XP SP2 32 bits) and the other is my Sony Vaio Laptop (Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits).

The desktop has two ethernet adapters. One of the adapters is connected to my cable modem from which I obtain Internet access. The other adapter connects to my Sony Vaio via crossover cable.

I've made all the necessary configurations to have internet access in both machines, successfully, so the desktop would share its internet connection with the laptop.

The laptop has a wireless adapter (Intel Wifi link 5100) and it cames with an application called Intel My WifI Technology, which allows any centrino2 processor based machines act as a hot spot, making it possible to connect several types of devices such as printers, digital cameras, PSP's etc...

I've configured the Intel My WiFi Technology so I could connect my PSP to the laptop, everything went fine, the PSP recognized the wireless network and the Intel application recognized the PSP.

Well I wanted to connect my PSP to the Internet using the Intel My Wifi Technology, but I've tryed several times without results.

I'd like to know if it is possible to share the internet connection on my laptop (that comes from the desktop) with the Virtual Wifi adapter that Intel My Wifi Technology application creates, so I could have the PSP connected to the Internet.

Here's my IP configuration:

_Desktop:_

*Internet connection* (automatic IP settings and enabled windows ICS)

*Local Area Network:*

-IP: 192.168.0.1
-Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

_Laptop:_

Local Area Network:

IP: 192.168.0.2
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.0.1

Here's a video about Intel My Wifi Tecnhology:

YouTube - Turn Your Laptop Into a Personal Wi-Fi Hotspot with Intel(R) My WiFi Technology (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuAQjR76A68)

Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Sorry for the long topic:S

Before any of you start with the pirate jokes lol, this is actually for a project at my college I had to create a video using this software they gave us and burn it onto a disk. But the software only exports AVI and WMV, and I have put hours of work into this and I cant recreate it all again.

So is there any tools that can burn AVI files to a DVD to be playable off of a DVD player?

Okay so this kid at my college keeps looking over my shoulder at everything I do, and he keeps copying me when I create programs on VB6 and so on and its really bugging me.

But recently he thought it would be funny to format my memory stick with games on when I wasn't looking, so in VB6 I made a program that has a button and when pressed it loads: cmd.exe x98 paint x120 and notepad x200 times.

But my main problem is the autorun.inf on my USB stick, when ever I put it into a machine it just comes up with 2 choices (Open files, Speed up PC) it does not auto start my exe file I created.

So does any smart guy here know how to help me? Both icon and exe are hidden/read only/archived and so is the autorun.inf all files are in the root of the USB stick and the exe is called cool.exe and icon is called Icon_1.ico, and this here is the code I used in the autorun.inf file. Thanks.

I found a cheap/good graphic card Geforce 9500 GT:
Point of View GeForce 9500GT prijzen | Core | Tweakers.net Pricewatch (http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/242051/point-of-view-geforce-9500gt.html#tab:info)
that one. Well the problem is I have no idea if it's good, what do I need to look for in a graphic card? Memory or Gpu speed, the memory type ddr2/gddr2?? or ddr3.
If anyone could help me with this stuff because I'm really bad with graphic cards.... Does this seem like a good one that won't be outdated quickly?

Hey guys i have been browsing around the internet and found a common problem and its called Synchroneyes. i have a solution that dosnt involve illegal downloading or anything like that.

first off if your school computer runs novell then this will work idk about computers that do not but anyway all you have to do is go to START/ Programs/ Accessories/ System Tools/ Internet Explorer (no Add-Ons)

this internet explorer runs no add ons which allows you to get past synchroneyes but sadly disables java so no flash games but still its a way.
