-AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb 3.0GHz Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition Processor.

Why would you buy 8 GB of ram?
You do a lot of graphics since you chose quad?

You should also get better psu.

The PSU is fine, i read in the reviews.. The quad and the 8gb of ram = longevity... Built to last for at least 3 years

Interesting how you chose to go down the AMD processor route, I personally still feel that Intel offer the best Price to Preformance with the i7 series at the moment or with a pretty cheap Quad like the Q6600 which can easily be overclocked past 3Ghz.
