I posted in the Kai thread, but figured this was a little more to the point.
I need help, for some reason no matter what I do, I can't get these Pokemon Emerald action replay cheats to load and I haven't seen anywhere what I'm doing wrong, I may just be retarded, but I could really use some help.
I have my .cht sheet uploaded as an attachment, if anyone could look at it, and let me know what I did wrong, it'd be really helpful, I'll even upload it after it's fixed for you guys to leech, because I know there's a ton of emerald cheat requests...
The .cht file is in the exact location I have it on my psp in my GAME folder, in case I placed it improperly.
You are missing the "must be on" code
The "must be on" is used for almost all GBA games ( pokemons for sure). It's an enabler code for the rest of the codes to work. Sometimes it's called a Master code or denoted as just (M)

No, you do not need the "Must Be On" code for them to work.
Here is the Pokemon Emerald CHT file. I didn't have to do much editing cause you did everything almost perfect.
The only thing you did wrong was, the directory of where the file was, and some of the first few cheats (the ones which had more than 1 line of codes)
Anyways, when you look at it you will be able to tell what was wrong with it in the first place.
I am providing you with the entire GBA Emulator, the latest one cause the one you had was like 2 or 3 updates behind.
*It does not have the GBA BIOS file included in the download, which is needed for the GBA Emulator to work. If you need this file, I would turn to everyone's friend Google
