Cleaning out my Ps3

Well today I took the task of cleaning my Ps3 for lulz and to prevent overheating, my Ps3 model is the 80gb with 4usb's and backward compatibility but of course I dropped in a 500gb :P.


So of course I've had my share of taken stuff apart including many consoles so here I'll share some pictures of it with you.

First is the Ps3 heatsink, big bugger eh?

yeah u shake the camera 2 much, were u struggling to take a pic and hold mobo/drive at the same time?

Was you able to get it back together again? And did it work? Next time record it and make a tutorial. Not sure I would ever do this though.

i've never opened up a homeconsole before, i would be really scared to do that. especially if it will cancel my warranty with SONY.

Which would you guys rather see a Xbox 360 being taken apart and re-assembled or a Ps3?

And yes it works much better now, fan was a bit clogged my machine actually runs quieter than my PC and has cold air coming out, next step is liquid cooling.
