say if you deleted things on your computer or from the last time you deleted things from it ,defrag takes the empty spaces from your hard drive and moves them down and moves your info up so when you search for something it reads pure info thus making it faster.
ohh, is there a good defragging program you suggest??
lol your funny your computer has defrag allready installed in it find it here
Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> (Scroll down and find) Administration Tools -> (Then ) look in that section and "Defragment your hard drive" should be rite under Ad. Tools
It's not that hard really. Just get a 2.5" dock and defrag using "auslogics disk defrag".
It's way better then the built in defrag, way faster too.
