Default NES 50 fps or 60 fps??

This issue has always been bothering me ever since I started playing NES on my PSP with NesterJ 1.11

I'm pretty damn sure NES is supposed to be running at 60fps.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong cuz for some reason mine seems to run at 50fps

I can tell the games seem slower, I used to have a NES when I was a kid just like 99% of the ppl on consolespot forums

So wtf man... someone tell me whats the deal

I use NesterJ V.1.11 and I have no problems with the speed. I am using this on a PSP fat.
Thanx to NinjaPanda for making me this ↑.

Well all I can say is if you have a NES or a NES emu on your PC, you'll notice it runs slightly faster than it does on NesterJ 1.11's "normal" speed. There's a speed toggle and if you set one of the speed toggles to 60fps, you might realize what I'm talking about
