I spent some time messing around with the icon table in the 5.50 VSHMain.prx (459C0 - 45B9F). I have attached a spreadsheet that should give people a lot of information about each individual icon. It includes the offsets (for an uncompressed normal 5.50 , length, value in vshmain.prx (i.e. 1Seg would be 1F and USB would be 01), region, model.
EDIT: I added a PDF since alot of people probably don't know how to use a spreadsheet, want to use a spreadsheet, or have intentions of using one
EDIT #2: I added associated functions to the spreadsheet. Added offsets. Brings possibility to change the function of some of the icons like PS Spot, Online Instruction Manuals, etc...
