Next time please post in the "Help Forum".

For the update you have to put the "UPDATE" folder from the archive in ms0:/PSP/GAME/ (this is the 5.50 GEN-D Updater) and then put the 550.PBP (The official 5.50 Sony Updater) in the root* of your memory stick (ms0:/). Then run the updater and select Flash 5.50 GEN-D. Let it run, and then it will tell you to reboot or shutdown. Remember to disable all plugin in the recovery menu and delete all themes. You might just want to reformat Flash1 in the recovery menu just to be safe. They could result in the updater not starting or a bad update.

Then put the "GEN-D2" folder from the GEN-D2 archive in ms0:/PSP/GAME/. You don't need the 5.50.PBP for this one. Just run the updater.

*The root folder is the folder that opens when you click on your PSP's memory stick in My Computer.

As for an N64 emulator I'd use Daedalus The link is below. Make a folder in ms0:/PSP/GAME/ called "DaedalusX64". Then, take everything in the archive and put it in that folder. Then, you can launch it from the MS under game.

To get any ROMS like CSOs, ISOs, or N64 rom, etc you must find them yourself. They violate the ConsoleSpot forum rules since it is considered piracy which is illegal.
