Me, I would like a dual cam, accelerometer(idk if I spelled it right), touch screen, better speakers, HSDPA, HiSpeed USB port(for external hardware, eg. DVDRW, UMD burner:).
Second analog Nub..... ummmmm could do without the touch screen though... that would just make it another phone.... make it available for customizing the XMB without having custom firmware. the regular XMB gets boring if you dont have CXMB... and..... more memory... cant think of nothing else though...

PSP 1001 running 5.50 GEN-D3. bricked 4 times. been through 2 faceplates already, on the third.
first installation: Original PSP black faceplate.
Second installation: CAMY Pro gear black with gold dragons. (Grooves for the screws were wore down after a month)
third installation: Back to original Sony faceplate. (glad i kept the thing, endless cracks and stripped grooves)
Fourth installation: XCM Smooth As Silk Red Faceplate (happily using it)

Internal 120GB HD, 2nd analog nub, improved screen(also brighter but doesn't consume more power) 2nd memory slot, upgrade the ram,upgrade the home menu, upgrade the internet browser for you-tube and such, better buttons, upgrade loading speed, better analogue sticks, built in camera, better paint on housing(reduces fingerprints and chipping).And there we have the ultimate psp...0h wait one more thing...with the 2nd analogue stick, i would add the ability to download and play ps3 games!.
