MathieuLH speaks on CFW 3.93 and 4.00 M33 at PSPGen

Concerning M33, no release is actually expected before the release of 4.00 (so one must be patient) and for diverse reasons, the foremost being of course the lack of any new features by Sony in the new firmware updates since 3.90 (at least from my point of view).

Team M33 is absolutely not responsible for the creation of custom firmware 3.93. I know the author of the latter but out of respect for his wishes I will not write his name here.

I paraphrase a little and leave out a bit where I think he calls the updates since 3.90 obsolete, because I wasn't 100% sure if that's exactly what he meant. (I'm fluent in French but I'm pretty rusty since I don't often get a chance to practice.) Regardless, it doesn't change the meaning of what he was saying.

So is maybe something in 4.00M33 a well as THEIR ideas and SONY Update. WOW!!!!!!!!!

does anybody know if custom firmware extender will work with this new firmware?

NVM.just tried this new cfw and it worked fine.
the downside to 3.93 cfw is constantly rebooting your psp when you make changes in the xmb recovery.other than that,this cfw's good!

wasn't there a plugin that allowed you to change the recovery options in the VSH menu?

I think I'ts great that we have a little competition (of some sorts) of CFW, competition brings out the best work.

But I do have to agree with MathieuLH in that 3.93 was a worthless and pointless update.

In my point of veiw, going to recovery mode from the xmb was a nice idea. But when you need to use 150 apps you have set folder at 150 and reboot. I find using M33 alot easier and comfortable.

well we all now that this CFW is safe but i am not upgraded since it is ponitless there is hardly any new features.
