Without Any Hack And Nothing
And, When I Turn Off My Wii..
The Thing Were We Put The CD[I Know,Im A Wii N00b] Glows
Even When I Take Out The CD..
Whats The Problem?

That is a wii feature it does that every time. Chill out

There's probably no problem. The disc drive glows if you have a unread message in your Wii mailbox thing. So try checking if you have anything in there and then read the message(s) and it should go away.

Or maybe something is wrong with your Wii if it doesn't go away after doing what I said. I can't really help you after that.
