Help with Wii Homebrew Community, Must obtain data!
Hey Guys,
I am not around on this forum much and most people do not know me. But if curious, I am mostly a highly involved PSP Homebrew person. Anyway, I have been wanting to get the Homebrew Channel for a while, but it was not possible because I did not have access to Twilight Princess. When I heard yesterday though that another exploit will be released to the public via Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I got excited! All I need to know now is some facts before I can go venture by myself in the Wii Homebrew world.
1. You run the exploit, and you get the Homebrew Channel. What should I do from there.
2. What is Custom IOS? Should I get it or not?
3. Hypothetically, how would you run ISOs on a Wii?
4. What are some cool things I could download with the Homebrew Channel?
5. What are other things that exist with a exploited Wii?
All answers are accepted, and you do not have to answer all of them. Thanks much!
1.) once you install it, just try to find some fun homebrew and apps on the internet
2.) its kinda like your firmware, yes, get it
3.) to run iso's, i would get a big flash drive, and then get usb loader (google it)
4.) i know that there is stuff like a dvd player and music player, and fun homebrew and emulators... you'll just have to search for that stuff
5.) you can now put themes and stuff on there (most are pretty stupid, but whatever) there is also a thing called softmii.... just google about that to, and you should find out more information
