ok i need help with my Wired headset..
it works perfectly with my wireless controller but its broken now so i have to use wired..
ok so my settings for voice is to listen from the headset..
wen i put my headset into the wired controller i can hear everyone talking from it but i cant talk
no one is able to hear me
i think there might be somthing rong with the settings of my wired controler.
0 and for halo wen i put the head set on... beside the talking icon when ur playing a game.
the icon on the bottom right hand corner. i noticied another icon to the left of it.
so any1 know what might be rong.
i dont think anything is rong with my head set i think its the controller or th controllers settings
so if any1 might know the prob please tell..
note its not on mute... and it volume is full and i have the switch up to green that lets me talk...
so i duno wat prob is

{On-Topic}:The icon that you see is the "Push to Chat" icon which means that you have to click on the D-Pad then speak into the mic.You may come across this icon in some custom games or in some of the Ranked Playlists.

not quite sure if i can help, but i know right after the nxe update i was having a hard time cause i would be in a private party chat, and even after everyone left the party for some reason i would still technically be in the party chat alone.... so when i was playing games i could not chat with anyone till i changed the chat status from private to game chat! this may or may not be your problem, but i know it drove me crazy for awhile till i figured out everything about the new chat system!

Is Halo the only game that you have trouble with the mic if not which ones?
It doesn't matter which direction button you pick on the D-Pad they all do the same thing in Halo.
I'm not sure you can change it if you're playing in the any of the online playlists.
