360 hate thread (sorry to all you microsoft fanboys)!
i dont like xbox i think PS3 owns it sideways.
my opinions:
1.its got a hairdryer fan.
2.sounds like a mower when your playing half decent games like gears.
3.gears is way way way over advertised, i could have thought that it has just been released.
4.the overall cost of the thing, it ends up being way more expesive than the PS3 when you buy all of its 'add-ons'.
5.in a few months time 'Home' will come out for PS3 plus a whole array of PlayStation exclusives, this will shut up all the fanboys that say it has no games and at that exclusive ones.
6.PS3 online gaming FREE, Xbox LIVE=£££.
7.Finally PS3 OWNS! the next gen war!
8.and i forgot lol...the 'red ring of death'
heres a song to tribute that great thing they call the 'ring of death'.
I hardly count most of those as problems, except for having to pay for online play.

1. So what? I produces a lot of heat. I put my feet by it when I'm cold. Its a 2-for-1 deal.
2. I don't hear it. I listen to my games, not my fan.
3. One, Gears sucks balls anyway. Two, you don't complain about McDonalds and they over advertise.
4. I don't buy all the addons. I bought 2 extra controllers because I use them with my friends and I got a very nice headset that combines the TV and in-game chat audio into the surround sound headset so that I hear my game in great quality and my parents don't have to hear the game [and I don't hear the fan]. Plus I can use it as a headset/mic on my computer). NEVER GET THE DAMN M$ HEADSET YOU NOOBS! THEY SUCK. You don't need the chatpad, just use your own USB keyboard or pick up a cheap one. It works better. It comes with a HDD, you only need one mic. The camera is useless. It comes with HD cables. What addons do you NEED that cost that much?
5. Jesus, no console has good games when it comes out. As for Home, I don't care for it. A large number of Sony's exclusive developers have moved to the 360 and Wii, so Sony wont have any many exclusives.
6. I don't mind paying a mere $60 a year. Plus, I love Live and it's services.
7. The Wii is beating the shit out of the 360 and PS3 (and soon both of them combined).
8. I've had my 360 a year and a half and had absolutly no problems. Only the idiots that shove their 360's in the corner when they KNOW that 360's have heating problems get rings of death. Keep it somewhere where it gets a lot of air.
In my eyes, the 360 doesn't have many good games. DLC should be free, but I don't mind that much when I have to pay for stuff. Other than that, I love my 360.
BTW, I am not a 360 fanboy. I have just about every console to date, except a PS3 and some of the really old ones that never went far [ie. NeoGeo or whatever its called]. The PS3 has awesome graphics already, and I don't doubt that it will end up being more powerful of a system than the 360, but I take awesome gameplay over awesome graphics any day. As long as the graphics are up to date, I just care about gameplay and story. Nothing on the PS3 catches my eye at the moment. Unless they pull out MegaMan Legends 3, I wouldn't really consider getting a PS3. I'll just play my friend's. I have no use for its features. I watch movies on DVD. DVDs work just fine for me. I only play on a HDTV half the time (that doesn't even have HDMI) so I don't care about the fancy HD stuff.
