Images were leaked on the rumored Handheld by MS titled the ZuneX (microsoft never really did have great names)
The current specs include:

The handheld takes it's desing from the game boy micro, I expected more from microsoft, something along the lines of a larger screen and multimedia capabilities that could compete with the psp.
Since this is only early development I hope they drop the zune design and call it like the x-cube of y-box, or something completely new. It would alwo be incredible if they put a really portable version of windows on it like the micro computers that run slimmed down versions of Vista
Microsoft could've came up with something WAAAAAY better. i think this is a hoax that some fanboy who hates Microsoft and just made these pics up. i also read something about that you can put your phones SIM card in it... w00t w00t! Microsoft came up with a gaming device thats also a phone! LAME!!!!!
this wuldnt b a good idea for example look at the 360 it always has the red ring of death..what do we expect outta this the red screen of death?besides this wuld suck
if it is Microsoft.. they would never release this.. I would be completely sure it would have touchscreen and dual analogs.. im sure... I mean.. WTF!!! it doesn't even have 1 analog...
Looks fake as all hell. Even the "Zune HD" pictures looked more plausible than this crap.
Yea, I even posted MS has much more potencial, they would definitely target the psp as a target and knock off the DS's touch features, maybe even some iphone knock offs, like a Live app store
I can tell you all, its not fake. Wait until E3. Its been rumored it can play Xbox Original titles. If that's true I don't see much reason in keeping my psp.
