Just to let you know, playing online is free. You can buy games and add ons and things which cost money but to actually play an online match is free. And good on you having an argument that makes sense, don't see that too often now-a-days.
Really? From what I've heard, there are two ways to play online with the PS3. One is free; but I highly disliked it every time I've played it. I thought there was another option, a semi-fourteen-dollar a month deal. I can't say that I know for sure, but it's supposed to be better.

There's only one way to use the PlayStation Network and that's by signing up for it for free. No such thing as any other option. By the way, what do you mean by "a semi-fourteen-dollar a month deal", specifically semi-fourteen. Do you mean 7 dollars or something? Maybe $14 for half a month is what you meant? Either way, it doesn't exist.

Ah, well the free network I played on sucked hard. It may have been the internet connection; but I've played it at about five different locations. Call of Duty: World at War, as bad of a game as it may be to me, was enjoyable on it though. It felt really laggy to me, and when it wasn't lagging it was hard to find any matches for one reason or another.
I can't say that I know any specifics on a "pay to play" network. All I know is that someone said, "It's LIKE fourteen dollars.".

You must have bad luck with connecting and such or something. I've been using my PS3 from a pretty far distance away from my router for awhile now and have yet to experience any sort of lag or problems.
No one can say any specifics on the "pay to play" service, since well simply put, it doesn't exist. Wherever you heard that from was either uninformed or doing the typical fanboy thing of making stuff up.

First people bought the 360 because it is cheap, instead people bought the Xbox 360 because it was and still is a reasonable price for a gaming console and now that the Ps3 is the same price as the Xbox 360 I wonder what your argument will be now? O'h that's it the failure rate. You are the epitome of an immature bratty little Ps3 fanboy. You seriously need to grow up. People chose a gaming console based on their individual gaming needs and wants. I don't care who plays what on what system as long as they are happy with what they have. My advice to you is just STFU and play your PS3 and leave everyone else alone with your useless Ps3 vs Xbox 360 banter.

I think he's honestly just posting news. His CHOICE of news may be slightly biased; but I can't say that I BLAME him for the lack of support with Microsoft's hardware. I mean, I choose the 360, but I can see why people don't like it.

No need to start an argument that's not worth arguing. Sure, I know what you mean from looking at his past posts, but you're taking this a little too personal. Not only is this not old news as you claim it to be, but he's not flaming anyone or anything for that matter. Merely sharing an article that was written a little over a week ago.
Just relax man. You're only making yourself look like the fanboy by acting this way. If you don't like the news concerning the Xbox 360's failure rate, then fine, state your opinion (or don't state it), but do not start pointing fingers at people when they're not doing anything wrong.
