Aw, now come on. You have to look at it realistically. It's a solid console, with a great gaming library and tight online play. I've seen less and less people having problems with it, only people with the older models. Granted, that's not a save for it, but it seems like they're at least starting to do something right.
Now, on topic, you can at the very least have custom backgrounds for free if you've got your 360 connected to your home network with a PC. Themes from XBL cost though.
There were themes until NXE came out and after that all old themes became wallpapers. Which really sucked. That DR Pepper theme had different colored wallpapers for each blade. God I miss the blades...
But the only real "Themes" now are the premium themes.
I got the dishtastic theme. It's Hawt.
