I don't see how it can be better in my opinion.. It's the same game for god sake.. So wouldnt that make the game equal for both consoles?? Not putting any system down, i don't want to get into a console argument.. But thats what i think. Plus wont it come out on ps3 1st like what they did on ps2 and xbox.. With vice city and liberty city.

I agree with you Jazzer it is the same game, only there'll be 2 more missions on the 360 version than the PS3 version due to M$ throwing away $50mil for that "exclusive" content, lol I still find it funny. As for the PS3 getting it first, that's a no, both versions will be released at the same time.
Rockstar has had the 360 version of the game done for quite some time, but waited to complete the PS3 version so they could release both at the same time. Which really shows that Rockstar still has some ties under the table so to speak with Sony. I mean, Sony's been working with Rockstar for a long time now, so at least they both have mutual respect for each other.

Nate from what Ive read Sony has a deal with Rockstar and thats why its dropping for both systems at the same time, and problems porting it to the PS3 is why the game was pushed back for both systems. I can see how its lame that MS had to pay so much for the exclusive content, but that reminds me of EA and the NFL for all Maddens games. Now whats funny is (I know its off topic)EA paid so much to the NFL and John Madden now works for ESPN and ESPN told EA that they can't use his name. It was rumored that Madden 07 was the last game to be called Madden but I guess it was false. Maybe Madden 09 will be called something else
Rockstar clearly told everyone that the reason being for the delay was because they were still working on the PS3 version, which is what I just said. M$ paid Rockstar for extra content, not to get the game sooner. And Sony, and Rockstar don't have any "paid" deal going on between the two, Rockstar would of stated it, just like they did the M$ one. They're laid back, they don't care what people think about them. The reason they waited is respect, Sony helped make them what they are today, sure they could of done it by themselves, but they wouldn't have as much $$$ if it weren't for Sony.
Sorry if it came off like that, Yea MS didnt pay to get it sooner, its just their version was completed sooner, And yes that was a reason, they had a hard time getting it to port, but also there is a deal. The article I read didnt state if is a paid deal or not, but there is some deal, I guess since rockstar and Sony are best buddies. Ill try looking for the article that said that, but I dont think they would come out and say that you know, that like MS saying Vista is a memory hog and no matter how much ram you have its not going to run properlly
