I don't get it hehe.
I already made the banner but I don't know what to do from there, can anybody help?

Theres a link that should help, well school is starting so I'm stay out of anything complex. I think it may involve CSS, depending on how you make it. But for any solid Photoshop work, PM me or with any XMB creation.
