Yes it is the leopard OS wallpaper.
The reason why it is there is cause I made it, in GIMP.

I found a tut somewhere and followed it and kinda mixed it up

Good stuff there, your still growing but your not doing too badly at the moment keep following tutorials and keeping being spontaneous in photoshop and youll get there
