Naturally I realized that I had to introduce myself to this new-found community and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
But I'll be frank, I only joined for the advantages of a membership. In particular the downloads of custom XMB themes, one of my undoubtedly short-lives passions of the moment.
That being said, I've cleared my conscience and can return to my daily routine.
Excuse me.

hello everyone... i'm guessing i'm the oldest fogie round here being 37.. lol

my kids have a psp each and i felt left out so i bought a psp on ebay last week
yup! i'm a total noob :P:P:P, anyways ive been on in research bucket(youtube) and after a few days i plucked up the courage to mod my new psp
yup! i hard mod'd my battery and and have installed cfw 4.01 m33-2 plus the 1.5 kernal, (me is very pleased with ones self)
oh yeah, i bought a 4gb stick and awaiting its arrival though the post but i wanted to flash a new theme but i only have a 2gb stick and most if not all the themes are too big for it (doh!!!)
are there any other ways to get a theme on the psp other than flashing the drive?
i think i was a tad confused there, the flash files are in kB's lol, so, why does it say i don't have enough memory on my stick to copy the resource files over... i think im missing something critical here, i did say i was a noob...
i only ask because im fed up with the research bucket vids
this is a great site by the way and i will be having a good look around later

wassup guys...I'm pretty much in the same boat at the above post mentioned.
Been reading before on the psp scene...but actually just recently bought a modded psp...with firmware 3.90m33. Not new in the modding, hacking and customizing scene in general...but I am in the pspscene.
Big props for all you guys in the psp scene....all the hardwork, guides, info...you name it...you guys have done an excellent job.
I do have just one small question...in terms of emulators..not asking where to get them or download but...just wondering whether any rom works in the respective emulator. By this I mean...I still have my original xbox modded with all the emulators and roms. Now if I were to say transfer my snes roms from my xbox to the snes9xTYL...will they still work?...I presume so...but before I make the move...just wanted to know.
Same thing goes for the nes roms I have...will they be able to play on the NesterJ emulator on the psp?
