If you're a huge fan of the Pokemon series, then you're going to love this. Nintendo has unveiled their new Nintendo DS limited edition Pokemon pack. This new Pokemon pack comes with a limited edition Pokemon themed DS and exclusive Pokemon premiums. The custom DS has images of Dialga and Palkia from Pokemon Pearl and Pokemon Diamond. This new limited edition Pokemon pack also comes with never-before-seen and released animated special based on the story of the two Pokemon titles, Pokemon Myster Dungeon Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness, as well as a carrying that has images of Dialga and Palkia and a collectible mini poster. This new pack will be available in the US on August 17th for the price of $129.99.

not really a fan of pokemon myself but i'm sure that there's lots of people out there who are and can't wait for this.

That's default price of all non-used, non-refurbished DS Lite systems, and they come without any bonus. So it's a good price considering the bonuses, as long as you're a Pokemon fan.

I saw this in walmart today (Canada). And it's not Aug 17th yet.

I remember this being the case for when the God of War PSP was out like 2-3 weeks before the release date at walmart.

Today I also saw the Madden blue PSP Slim.

Is it just walmart that dishonours the "do not release until XX/XX/XX"?

This is the release date for the US.

Well this is going to sale well, just nintendos response to the PSP value packs that Sony are releasing.

It's a fun game I guess, but I would hope they improve the whole pokemon concept soon. Then again maybe its not a good idea to mess with a proven formula.
