and this is not in the psp cause

No this is not on the PSP because the PSP has the ability to render 3D GTA games such as Vice City Stories. IMO this looks awful, just my opinion don't flame.
Its odd enough that a family company such as Nintendo would be getting a GTA game but from what I heard this game will be rated "M' which is odd and rare occurrence for Nintendo, although I highly doubt a Fuzzier version of "Grand Theft Auto" will guarantee this a top listed game. In my opinion making this game was a mistake but, whatever.
