o.o wtf. you are an asshole. Maybe nobody will help because they dont know the answer.

The issues you are having can be caused by a number of things, air interference, weak signal, wireless card, or maybe your router is not set up correctly. I think most likely the problem is weak signal, remember the most your probably going to get out of your wireless is 54mbps and thats at 100% signal. Also the built in wifi hardware in the psp is good, not great, so it will always be slower than lets say a laptop with the same wifi connection.

if i were you i would just reset your router and set it up so the psp can connect and make sure you have good signal. Try Again! >=O

Just be patient. Not everyone here is a Professor at a top college to know the answers to all of your questions.
EDIT:Try google for watever a RAR file is becuase we don't get those downloads alot here.

I'm sorry for getting so mean..its just im soo fed up with my PSP and just about getting ready to break the dam thing.i've been on 4 different forums already asking same queations with no answers.by the way when i check my signal it ALWAYS say 100%..so why still so god dam slow! how could u NOT know what RAR file is..?? UGH!

if you have no idea what something is, google for it.. especially wiki.. 92.. my guess is you're 16? and you dont have patience? that's bad..dont expect to be spoon fed. 4 different forums yet you still have no answer meaning they have no idea how to help you troubleshoot. eg, i told you set it to dmz mode and i guessed you wont know what is it. but i was hoping you'd search for definition of the term and what does it do... instead, you came back with the simplest answer, i dont know this, i dont know that... so what exactly do you know? put in some brain-grease and google for the meaning of terms that you do not understand. or are you gonna tell me you dont know what google is or you're allergic to it.

im hate spoon-feeding when the other party makes NO attempt to DIY.

This all day long. Also, when I replied, there was only the question regarding slow internet speeds, not quite sure when the 200 other questions were put in the first post lol. Guess I will try to.

1. Use winrar.

2. PTF's do not require custom firmware. They are extremely basic themes.

3. I don't know, why don't you connect the damn thing and see what happens? Nothing I assume.

4. The slim has 64MB of ram, a simple google search would have answered that.

5. Use good headphones if you want a volume bump, not much else you can do about the psp's volume.

6. Connecting to your tv, do I really need to explain that? Guarantee that is in your instruction manual.

7. A good theme creating program. Since I know with 10000001% certainty you know nothing about psp file structure or hex, no. Download what the nice creators have made and be happy.

8. Depends on your battery. 4 hours +/-.

9. I have no idea why your battery does that, give it a hug and be nice to it so it won't trick you in the future.

10. Two small holes? I have no clue in hell what you are taking about.

I went on google and tried to find a dictionary website that will help me know the meaning of the words..This is what i got.

i couldn't find the meaning of Dmz since its rarely used in the English language.

even after reading the definitions they still don't make much sense.By they way i downloaded Winrar and i have no clu eon to use it.gettinga psp was a huge mistake.i shouldnt have to learn about all the tech stuff.my Brain isnt huge enough.

Thanks for the help.But it didn't help much.Because i download WinRAR and have no clue how to use it.And i knew from the start PFT doesn't require custom firmware.By the way i did it and nothing happened..So why does the psp have a UBS connection thing on the side.There has to be a reason why thats there.I need to know what kind of headphones will boost up my psp volume.There are allot of pSP headphones and also allot of Non-Sony psp headphones.I didn't buy the TV cable yet..I just want to know what happens.Do i watch TV on my PSp or what?I hate there themes I cant be happy with crappy psp themes everyone makes.

Please don't joke around about the psp battery ,hugging a psp battery wont make it stop tricking me..I tried it it still played a trick on me.If it does it again I'll burn it and throw it away,and get a new better one.LOL I'm being sarcastic by teh way.
