[iPod Touch] App Ideas

Ok I'll prob post these ideas on ipodtouchfans later in the week but, i wanted to run them by you guys cause that community isn't as nice as u guys and i hate posting there.

Idea 1
An app that makes the volume buttons when HELD switch the song, vol up making it go to the next song and vol down the previous. But still allow use of the volume buttons by just tapping them. Maybe if you hold the button for like 3 seconds or something. Also make the home button a pause/play button when held.
This would make it easier to use the ipod when wearing gloves, as the touch screen can't be clicked while wearing gloves.

Idea 2
If this one breaks any rules then could a mod just edit it out of my post rather then deleting or locking the thread.
Well actually this idea has two parts, one legal and one not so much.
The app would allow you to type the names of songs you would want to download even when you don't have wifi and save them for later/ maybe auto add them to the shopping cart when you sync it? or link to a music download site and possibly auto download/search for the songs you typed. Like maybe lets say you typed "your a jerk", "a milli", and "mr. solo dolo" into the app when you didn't have wifi. Then, you open the app when you have wifi and hit like a find button it would search one or more music download sites for those names. Then, maybe show 5-10 results for each song then you could click which ones you want to download.

Idea 3
A music player replacement or theme that is basically a circle(maybe set up like the ipod wheel) and it would use the accelometer to always be facing upwards. But not like safari where you turn the ipod and a second later it turns. Kinda think of yourself spinning the ipod but, the circle with the play and pause button doesn't "move"

well tell me what you think guys and if any of you could possibly make these happen that would be awesome and save me from having to post on ipodtouchfans . I have absolutely no way of making this happen, I could possibly make parts on photoshop but I couldnt code it or anything like that.

vlmc (Volume Media Controls, although it doesn't have the volume features, Just, Up for Forward/Play, Down for back, and UP/DOWN quickly for pause)

ooo i remember that, yea i dont like it since u lose the volume function
