help when i hex edit my prx nothings change and i cannot got to the offsets help

if its compressed you cant edit it.

yup like paf.prx compressed is i think 721kbs and when its uncompressed its 1.80 mbs and vshmain.prx is 307kbs uncompressed i think and 117kbs compressed.
