1: MinNova can never beat TPB or Demonoid.
2: Just because 7 uses Aero doesn't make it just like Vista. It runs so much faster, uses less resources, and uses less memory. 7 is a completely rebuilt OS and not just a remade Vista.

I heard Windows 7 is a mix of the best stuff from Windows XP & Vista, I had it installed and it was superb my PC seemed faster everything worked great and I got a extra 5 - 10 frames in a few games such as Resident Evil 5.
The most you could do is create a set of restore discs, then download the Beta and try it out (sorry if that is piracy, I assumed the beta was a demo?).
Oh yeah because it gives you a trial, I am dumb at times my bad.
But I have it installed again now, and the only problem I had was installing a sound driver, but I fixed that in a few minutes. You should definitely try it Leo.

Quick question. when I purchased my laptop, it came with a free 7 upgrade (home premium).It hasn't come yet, anybody have the same prob? Or doe's it just take a while?

1)Joomla is actually right on all 3 points.
2)It only wipes the partition you'r installing it on and like akira said you get the windows.old.
3)Installing afresh is a good thing to do clears out all the crap but then again the lengthy process of reinstalling etc, thats why they sell the upgrade. But if you buy the full you get the upgrade and the new install.

You have to order it and wait for the box to arrive at your house. Ask your mail man if it's arrived instead of us.
