    Default Single Core Processor Games?

Been playing games on my Computer again so is there any games with good graphics that run on the high setting on a single core?

I have Modern Warfare 1, Oblivion and Splintercell Chaos Theory and Double Agent.

I have a GeForce 9500 GT, 2 Gig of RAM and a AMD Athlon 64 3400 (it is 2.3ghz but it runs at 3ghz for some reason) cheers for your suggestions.

I don't know if you're into racing... but when i was younger, i used to play a game called Midtown Madness alot
It's ALOT of fun, even if you don't like racing. There's also a free-roam mode, like GTA
You can drive around really fast n'all and do some cool tricks
If you're interested, get the original - that's the one i used to play
    AND ITS ADDICTIVE

Pure, its a ATV stunt game, i play it on my laptop w/ a 2ghz celeron on medium-low settings, works great. altough it requires 128 mb gfx ram, i only have 64 but it still works fine.

    san andreas also works well

There's very few games that actually take control of multiple cores. :P

Half-Life 2 (not episode 2, but that too) is always a good game, CS:S is pretty good if you like online FPS games. ummm..... I'll think of more later. And maybe I'll put some links to screenshots or something also, if I don't feel lazy...

Wanna request a sig click the [X]

Well this is just temporary, by august time I hope to have bought a Dual core motherboard with an AM3 chipset and 4 gig of RAM. But I have been playing XMen Origins and stuff and just fancy a new game.

I definitely recommend the half life 2 series, if you get smod v4, the graphics are awsome. + it has low requirements i can play it on ultra high settings fine.

i agree with silly blade there are many games that crash because of multi cores such as fallout 3.
