Default [Help] Mobo + Ram

Mobo info:

Chipset: Intel
Model: D915GRO

Ram i want to buy but dont know if its compatible...

i looked everywhere and could not find an answer, probaly someone can help me? if you know a more reliable/compatible Ram product around the same price also post plz. thanks alot

Yep that should work fine, I will look for some more RAM for you if you tell me what you are using your PC for, Internet Browsing? Photoshop? Gaming? If you are only using your PC for standard home and office use then there is no point getting some high-end memory, value RAM will suffise.

thanks for the answer. im considering buying 4gb of ram, still good right?
Using for:
Gaming: COD4, BF2, BF2142
Photoshop: Still learing, just used it here and there
Video: Converting

INTEL-1GB-PC3200, 1GB Intel 184-pin PC3200 DDR400 nonECC DIMM should work fine. any ram that is a 184-pin PC3200 DDR400 will be compatible with your computer.
Note that not only the RAM speed up the computer but also the CPU. If you are into gaming get newer video cards. NVidia Geforce 8800 GT's are very cheap but one of the best.

Uhm, what opp system are you running, cuz inless your on XP 64-bit or Vista, it wont read the 4gb of ram, itll only read the two

Try 3gb, Just add the /3GB tag Source

XP 32bit. i heard somewhere that you can put 4gb's and the system it will say 3gb of ram but you be able to use all 4gb's

so wat i read was right. can install 4gb of ram only be read as 3.5gb but will use all 4 gb

All in All the ram in going to get is good and 4gb is ok for my pc
