Default [Help] Murrine Theme Manager

Does anybody know how to install the Murrine theme manager for Linux? It runs amazing themes but I can't figure it out. The guide on the site is too confusing.

It's for Linux, lol.

Murrine is an Italian word meaning "blown glass". The Murrine themes are very beautiful. I just can't use them...

What Linux are you running? I don't know much about Linux myself.
Here is a short Tutorial: Here
I don't know if it'll be any help to you because it seems too straight forward.

What difference would that make? Murrine works on all distros and the theme doesn't matter. I'm not some noob....

@Stuart: That's not Murrine. That's just the Gnome GTK theme manager.
