Default Best Anti-Virus?

So I'm currently using Norton Internet Security 2010 and I love it. Its picked up everything and haven't noticed any slow downs on my PC. But I was wondering if there are any better alternatives, free or paid.

Norton is pretty useless to be honest with you. I would recommend Eset NOD32 or Kaspersky.

Common sense.
Or NOD32 if you lack the previous.

NOD32...trust me on this
For Internet Security Suite, use Kaspersky OR surprisingly, Norton Internet Security 2010 is really good..other Norton products suck.

i use symantec antivirus and i like it almost as much as kaspersky. the thing that made me switch was kaspersky would slow up my system. which is an extremely rare occurance as my computer is exetremely optimized,
it only has 3gb of ram but over 1tb of virtual memory or whatever windows calls it

im gonna try nod32 tho

Not saying it's the best, but Norton 360 has left my laptop virus free. That and common sense.
