    Default Graphics card help not working???

    i have recently installed a new graphics card in my other computer i installed all of the drivers and when i plug the vga cable to my computer and turn on the computer the monitor goes to sleep then says no signal then goes to sleep again for a few times then just stays at sleep. the monitor is not defective because it still works with my on board graphics card i already tried disabling it but could not :P i already google'd this and yahoo answer'd this but still othing please help!!!!
    Graphics card: ati redeon hd 2400 (it was free don't complain)

    Have you set it up in the BIOS yet?

    are you connect via a DVI cable?
    check to see if your monitor supports analog/digital or both

    i'm using a vga cable and why can't i bump don't remember reading anything in the rules that say i can't

    no my previous graphics card was ati really crappy mother board integrated piece of poo.
