MP3 to M4R converter

Does anybody know where I can find a reliable converter that's not filled with spyware and viruses, that can convert MP3's to M4R.

I'm trying to add better alarm tunes to my iTouch, tho the only accepted format appears to be M4R.


Online converters if possible.
