Early this morning a little flash animation appeared on Konami's next production website. It shows a short 15 second animation with the Konami logo and a assorted equation that involves the 360 SKU. There has been a wild speculation that this could mean that either the 360 is getting the port for MGS4. Or that the next Metal Gear may no longer hold a exclusive title upon its name. The idea of a port has been strengthen by many people as it has been past the average 6 month exclusive hold, although being how Konami is done with the Sold series the Metal Gear story may continue onto the 360. Konami later started to receive large amounts of e-mails from its users trying to indicate if a port or new multi-title is imminent. Konami did not comment on either question.
you have to take this for what its worth... or lack there of. The MGS team has always tried to put tricks up, different meanings to things. So in my opinion its not that big....
i mean yes it could go to the 360... but it says "metal gear" and not "metal gear solid" big difference. also it could be a metal gear ac!d game (thats what i think it is) As for mgs4 that will never go to the 360, no matter what anyone says.
im willing to bet that the "metal gear" game will be a xboxlive download (and one for psn) but i believe that its a ac!d game like the ones on the psp.
no need to worry ps3 fans, no need to get overly excited 360 fans.
Ugh...I don't like Xbox, but the Metal Gear series to stay with 360 makes me mad...and disappointed.
Meh who cares really, Kojima has already showed that he's not a fan of the 360 console. If it goes multi-plat that's good. But I doubt it'd be for MGS4, it's been after the 6month hold, and there's not even a production of a port started, porting a game takes longer than people think. If it were ported it probably wouldn't be finished till about mid summer, or fall next year. I think the animation is an indication of MGS5 going multiplat, not 4.
This should of been posted in the 360 section as well. Not really news for PS3 users.

It involves Metal Gear a PS series, it remains here there is no verification if a Metal Gear is coming to the 360...only speculation. So until then this is the articles home.
Metal Gear is not just a PS series. And if there's a rumor going around for a certain console you'd want to put it in that certain cosoles section is all I'm saying, but do as you want.
theres no whay in hell there making a port of mgs4 to xbox for they have to compress it to fit on the 50Gb blue-ray disk. they would have to have like 7-8 disks, and thats just a waist of DVD's.
and i don't see how you see that logo as the 360 logo, it looks nothing like the 360 logo. all i see is a bunch of 360 fanboys wishing they had the best game ever on there console. but guess what, odds are it will stay a PS exclusive.

This does not mean that MGS is moving to anything. The picture could mean anything. I'm sure it looks like that equation is all 360 and I'm sure that the 360 has a spot in there but all 3 consoles can be seen in there. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the next MGS comes over to the 360. The sales weren't as good as I would've expected on the PS3. As long as it comes out for the PS3 I'll be happy. I don't think the MGS series fits with the 360 but hey more money for them means more MG for us.
