SCEA Shares A "Behind The Scenes" Look At PS3's Motion Controller
Today Sony shared with everyone a nice insider's look of their R&D team, specifically the guys working on the new, yet to be named, motion controller for the PS3, that is set to come out spring of next year.
Richard Marks and Anton Mikhailov, run us through some of the details regarding the new hardware and also reveal some new, previously unknown, specifics. Such as that the controller includes an analog trigger that is a "great metaphor for squeezing and grabbing," in terms of gameplay. Also mentioned is that the new motion controller has force feedback via rumble support.
