Default PS3 Firmware 3.01 Fixes Stability Problems


As promised, Sony has just rolled out a patch for the issues brought along with firmware update 3.00. So if you were one of the many who had problems with playing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, now's the time to fire up your PS3 to get your fix on.

This new update is said to be a fix for the issues people were having with certain game titles — specifically Uncharted: Drake's Fortune — after updating to firmware 3.00. The update is optional, so if you really don't feel like updating, you don't have to, but might as well right? Now feel free to go back to shooting some baddies alongside mister Nathon Drake.

This fixes ALOT of freezes and it fixes some dualshock 3 remote problems(people couldnt connect to some non-sony controllers)

I had trouble using online play on Marvel vs Capcom 2 it kept freezing. Hopefully this update helps.
